Supreme Court ruling in a case Wednesday (June 30) involving Greenville County has led Kershaw County Administrator Vic Carpenter to plan for the possibility of not collecting fire, solid waste and road maintenance user fees from county residents in order to mitigate the impact of the court’s ruling.
