Some 60 people were in attendance for the ribbon cutting of the updated Cassatt Water Building on Old Stagecoach Road Thursday. Cassatt Water has another name, The Kershaw County and Lee County Regional Water Authority. The special purpose district serves more than 20,000 people in Kershaw, Lee, some of Sumter and some of Lancaster Counties.
