Kershaw County Council will once again take up third and final reading of an ordinance to amend the county’s code of zoning regarding cell towers, antennas and the definition of a fall zone. Council unanimously voted Oct. 8 to send the amendment back to its planning and zoning commission. The commission met Monday to discuss the amendment, which included members of the Lake Wateree Association (LWA).
