Council passes first reading of rezoning

Kershaw County Council passed first reading of an ordinance to rezone some 126 acres in Lugoff during its meeting Tuesday at the County Government Center. The rezoning involves a vacant tract located on Cricket Hill Drive and Cook Road, parallel to U.S. 1 in Lugoff. It is actually Phase III of the Quail Hollow subdivision.
