An ordinance is being drafted and will be voted on during an upcoming special called meeting. (KershawCountySC YouTube channel)
Kershaw County Council will likely use an upcoming special called meeting to vote on whether or not to use up to $1 million in reserve funds for grants to small businesses and non-profits hit by the economic impacts of the COVID-19 novel coronavirus.
