Kershaw County will hold a public hearing, then final reading of a bond issue for sewer projects in the county. Council will be mulling whether to grant final approval for the sale and issuance of up to $6.5 million in general obligation bonds to pay for infrastructure improvement projects in the county’s sewer system. These projects include upgrades to the Elgin 1, 2 and 3 pump stations.
