Kershaw County Council will hold a public hearing and consider third and final reading, of the 2018-2019 millage ordinance during tonight’s council meeting. Under state law, the county passes the millage ordinance to establish the tax rate for the fiscal year. The millage rate is applied to the assessed value of property in the county.
