Fostering Foster Animal Rescue recently received a surprise major gift match for charitable donations through the end of 2017. An anonymous Kershaw County family is offering to match all individual and business donations through the end of the year up to $30, 000. “This is a game changer for us,” Andrea Walker, founder of Fostering Foster, said.
