The Family Resource Center (FRC) of Lee and Kershaw Counties will host a teen summit aimed at preventing teen pregnancies and encouraging healthy relationships. According to a FRC press release, middle and high school age youth will have the opportunity to participate in the summit, which will be held on Friday, June 17 from noon to 4 p.m., and Saturday, June 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the United Way of Kershaw County, 110 East DeKalb St. in Camden. During the summit, participants will be given tools needed to reduce their risk of unintended pregnancy, STDs and HIV.
