Friends of the Library (FOTL) raises money to give to the libraries in Kershaw County, and will host its annual book sale starting September 29. Albert Reed, President of the Friends of the Library Board, explained the purpose of the Friends of the Library Book Sale. “People in Camden are great about volunteering and I think it’s because they know the importance of books,” Reed said.
