Kershaw County Council will hold three public hearings and take up third and final readings on three ordinances dealing with two industry deals and the county’s proposed Fiscal Year 2017 budget. The public hearings will be held at the beginning of this afternoon’s meeting; the final readings of the associated ordinances will take place shortly afterward. The first public hearing and ordinance concern a fee in lieu of taxes, or FILOT, agreement between the county and TEP Real Estate LLC, representing Protective Packaging of Lugoff.
