Kershaw County Council will consider yet another extension Tuesday of its emergency ordinance due to the COVID-19 novel coronavirus pandemic. The ordinance, first enacted on March 19, has been reapproved four previous times, on May 12, June 30, Aug. 11, and most recently on Sept. 8. If the measure passes again on Tuesday, the emergency ordinance will be in effect for another 61 days, until Jan. 11, 2021.
