The U.S. Small Business Administration reminds small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, small businesses engaged in aquaculture and private nonprofit organizations in South Carolina of the June 28, deadline to apply for Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDLs) as a result of excessive rain and flooding in Oct. 2015. The disaster declaration includes Kershaw County. Under the declaration, the SBA’s Economic Injury Disaster Loan program is available to eligible farm-related and nonfarm-related entities which suffered financial losses as a direct result of this disaster.
