Kershaw County Council will consider second reading of a bond issue for sewer projects in the county. Council passed first reading of an ordinance allowing for the sale and issuance of up to $6.5 million in general obligation bonds during its Nov. 13 meeting. During that meeting, rates, amortization structures and other specific information regarding the bonds were not yet available for discussion.
