Kershaw County Council will hold second reading on the fiscal year 2018-19 budget during a meeting moved to Thursday in the County Government Center. Council passed first reading, in title only, of the budget during its May 22 meeting. During this meeting council will also consider passage of a resolution governing the county’s fund balance, as well as take a look at the budget of the Lugoff Fire District.
