Kershaw County Council will consider second reading and final approval of a request to rezone 126.14 acres in Lugoff. The rezoning involves a vacant tract located on Cricket Hill Drive and Cook Road, parallel to U.S. 1 in Lugoff. The property, which is slated to be phase III of Quail Hollow subdivision, is currently zoned R-15, which is the designation that allows the least density.
