For many years, Patsy Topping either transported, or arranged to have transported, thousands of foster dogs from South Carolina -- specifically Kershaw County -- to the Hamptons in New York. Saturday, the Animal Rescue Fund, appropriately known as ARF, honored her with its Lifetime Achievement Award. ARF honored her during the organization’s annual Bow Wow Meow Ball.
