United Way exceeds campaign goals

The United Way of Kershaw County (UWKC) has exceeded its 2020 fundraising campaign goal. The goal was set at $720,000 and the organization celebrated Tuesday morning in front of its campaign “thermometer” at the corner of Broad and DeKalb streets in downtown Camden. The thermometer had burst through the top, showing a tally of $726,169.
