Animal Shelter Van
Surrounded by staff from the Walter M. Crowe Animal Shelter, George Sensor sits in the drivers seat of the 2006 Chevrolet 1500 Express cargo van he donated to the shelter on Nov. 13. Sensor donated the van so it could be used to transport animals to veterinarian facilities, foster homes, other shelters and rescue groups from which they can be adopted. It made its first trip, to Vermont, shortly after it arrived at the shelter, ferrying 12 dogs on their way to new homes. - photo by Provided by Sharon Jones
