Burns: Leverage Elgin voices for White Pond Road improvements

During Elgin Town Council’s monthly meeting on March 5, Kershaw County Council Chairman Julian Burns urged town council members, their citizens and surrounding residents to be among the “voices” needed to leverage further improvements to White Pond Road in the wake of news that a major truck stop will be coming to I-20 Exit 87.
