Cedars - Yoland Jones
The Rev. Yoland Jones, who presided over Fridays ceremony, played the flute at the beginning and end of the program. An annual Memorial Day ceremony held at Cedars Cemetery in Camden on Friday honored the memory of a Camden High School (CHS) cadet who died earlier this year. Lomar Clark, 16, a CHS Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) cadet, died in a one-vehicle car crash Jan. 30. CHS’ JROTC unit has participated in previous Cedars Cemetery Memorial Day program and was on hand Friday as well.
