CMAs CAP activated for flood relief efforts

Camden Military Academy’s Civil Air Patrol (CAP) squadron was recently activated for the first time in the squadron’s history. Several CMA cadets used their training to assist the Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) in a variety of ways. The Camden cadets assisted FEMA by monitoring rising flood waters and reporting deteriorating road conditions by collecting data and taking photographs, which were then uploaded to a FEMA database.
