Military funeral held for county vet without family

U.S. Army Specialist (ret.) Ronald Baker Thomas was 73 years old when he died Sept. 8 at his home on Ridgeway Road in Lugoff. During the next 30 days, Kershaw County Coroner David West searched for family members to notify.
