Sidney Goff (left) recently won a trip to the National 4-H Conference in Washington, D.C. State 4-H Congress delegates chose Goff, whown here at the conference with State 4-H Program Team Leader Dr. Pamela Ardern, based on 4-H portfolio, resume and an interview. Delegates selected her during the congress’ annual banquet at Clemson University earlier this year. At the national conference, Goff hd the chance to connect with other young people, and learn how to engage, lead and impact their communities, nation and the world. She is the daughter of Dale and Stacy Goff of Elgin, and is a member of the West Wateree Ropes and Reins horse club. She will attend the Savannah School of Art Design in the fall.
