The town of Bethune is working on securing more grant funding for various projects, including its nearly ready to launch water system upgrade. However, the town has experienced a couple of snags as it finalizes the financing for the $3 million water project. The town is planning to finance the project through grants and low cost loans from the S.C. State Revolving fund.
