SMOKE FROM cookers engulf the United States and South Carolina flags in the early morning hours of a recent Battle of Camden BBQ Festival weekend.
Long after the final wing has been cooked and eaten and the crowds have made their way home, the area in and around Historic Camden Revolutionary War Site comes alive with the sweet smell of cooking Boston Butts emanating from the smokers of the 20 teams which compete in the Battle of Camden BBQ Festival.
