The last month has been a rough time for the Midwest regions with heavy rains and flooding causing major injuries and deaths. The Red Cross has been there to help those in need with a much needed blood supply. Due to this severe weather, there is an urgent need for all blood types!

The INVISTA Camden plant will host a community blood drive Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. in the TC-1 building (down the street from Mid Carolina Federal Credit Union), where there is plenty of room and the service is fast and friendly. Donations are completed within 30-40 minutes of arrival. There will also be an opportunity to give a double red cell donation with the ALYX machine.
