Irishfest gives back
Pine Tree Wildlife Rescue
Pine Tree Hill Wildlife Rescue Director Shera Scott (far right) accepts a check donation for the organization from Irishfest Camden chairman Becki O’Hara (far left) while Irishfest Camden committee members David Reuwer and Cherie Smith join in for the award.
For the past five years, Irishfest Camden has become a staple on the Kershaw County social calendar. This past March, the event was one of the first to be held following Gov. Henry McMaster’s lifting of COVID-19 restrictions in the state and drew more than 3,000 guests to the six-day celebration’s grand event on the grounds of Historic Camden Revolutionary War Site.
