On the first day of the New Year many people, as they do at New Year’s every year, resolved to lose weight, or learn something new, or make some other life change or changes. If anyone has looked at a calendar recently, January is over, and here is motivation to get on the bandwagon, avoid it or remain on it. Fitness Individuals tend to want to lose body weight, increase muscle mass or either stay fit on a daily basis, but at the New Year, there is an increase for those desires.
