New low-impact aerobics class slated

A class in low-impact aerobics will be offered twice weekly beginning Sept. 19. Low-impact aerobics is a great way to get the benefits of an aerobic workout without the strain and stress associated with other exercises. Low-impact aerobics involves large, controlled movements and large muscle groups, and always leaves at least one foot on the ground.
