Toast your pets and the joy they bring you at the annual Yappy Hour fundraiser for the Walter M. Crowe Animal Shelter Thursday. The benefit will begin at 5 p.m. at the Springdale Race Course grandstand and will kick off the Carolina Hound Show weekend. A variety of fun dog classes will be open for competition including costume, look-a-like, limbo and high jump and retrieving, each rewarded with raffle prizes.
