Violence/gore: A woman is electrocuted. An e-cigarette is forced down a mans throat. A man is thrown into a metal cabinet and the cabinet crushes him. Blood drips from the bottom of the cabinet. A mans head is squeezed, blood comes from his nose and he dies. A small episode of vomiting. A woman is stabbed in the chest with a hypodermic needle. A persons head is twisted, breaking her neck. A woman is burning as she walks down a hallway

Language/nudity: Some uses of profanity. There is a sexual reference. A womans shirt is torn off, revealing her bra. She remains dressed this way during a medical procedure. She is seen later from behind with no bra.

Intensity: Dream scenes of an apartment building hallway on fire. People are pounding on a door and their hands appear under the door. Many jump cuts that are meant to scare. A womans skin turns black.
