Russell Brazell will be the Republican nominee to replace Al Bozard as the Kershaw County Council member representing District 1. The district covers a large, northwestern portion of the county, wrapping around both sides of Lake Wateree, a small portion of west Camden and the commercial sector of Lugoff.
