When voters go to the polls in March to replace Willie Mickle in the District 1 seat on Kershaw County Council, they will have at least one name to pick from: Al Bozard. Bozard, who ran once before for the District 1 seat, announced his intention to run for the seat again on Monday. He said he’s attended all county council meetings during the past 12 years.
