Kershaw County officially has its new probate judge with the swearing in Tuesday of Debbie Branham, who won the position in the November 2014 general election. Kershaw County Magistrate Roderick “Rick” Todd administered the oath of office at the Kershaw County Courthouse as Branham’s husband, Donald, held the Bible and her son, daughter and son-in-law stood nearby. Donald Branham welcomed the packed courtroom and offered some heartfelt thoughts about his wife.
