Early voting continues today at Camden City Arena for two runoffs that will officially take place Tuesday for Kershaw County Council (KCC) districts 5 and 6. Technically, the runoffs are to decide the Republican nominees for these seats. However, there are no Democratic candidates for the seats, which means the winners of Tuesday’s runoffs will effectively win the General Election and be sworn in on or around Jan. 1, 2023.
