Kershaw County residents are voting today as the Republican and Democratic parties offer nominees to be their candidates for this November’s general election. All precincts are open until 7 p.m. today, but not every polling place will offer every race up for consideration. For example, the only primary election for Kershaw County Council is for District 3 where a Republican primary will essentially decide who will fill Councilman C.R. Miles’ seat.
