Julian Burns, a Kershaw County native, filed for election Monday for the June 10 Republican Primary for chairman of Kershaw County Council. “We need to grow and move forward from the tremendous progress made under Gene Wise,” Burns said. “And, there is much more to do to grow our communities and businesses for our neighbors, our children and future generations.”
