David Herndon
David Herndon, candidate, State House District 52
Two candidates for the S.C. House of Representatives and two candidates for the S.C. Senate looked to shore up campaign support during an “educated voter” forum held Monday night at Lugoff-Elgin High School. House District 52 candidates Laurie Slade Funderburk and David Herndon, as well as Senate District 35 candidates Tony Barwick and Thomas McElveen, offered their visions for the state’s future at the event, sponsored by the Kershaw County Chamber of Commerce, Kershaw County School District and Kershaw County Teacher Forum. The forum was moderated by Patty Rose.
