Camden Attorney Tom Mullikin has entered the race for U.S. Congresssional District 5. Mullikin announced his candidacy to a cheering and capacity crowd at the historic Robert Mills Courthouse in Camden Wednesday afternoon. Mullikin said his campaign will be modern and aggressive but will not be based on hate.
