A memorial service to celebrate the life of Anna Carden Semple Trice, 73, of Camden, SC, will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, October 22, 2018, at Grace Episcopal Church. Rev. Pickett Wall will officiate. Burial will follow in Quaker Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Grace Episcopal Church, 1315 Lyttleton Street, Camden, SC 29020.

Anna died Wednesday, October 17, 2018. She was born in Camden, SC, the daughter of the late Paul Ogilvie Semple and Margaret Trantham Semple. Anna received a BA in Accounting from the University of SC and was an avid Gamecock fan. She served people with disabilities as the Director of Administration for Protection and Advocacy for People with Disabilities Inc., where she retired in 2012. Anna was a member of Grace Episcopal Church and had a kind and loving soul with many lifelong friends.

Anna is survived by her husband, Nicholas Ray Trice; son, Joseph Davis Blalock; daughter, Margaret Trantham Blalock; sister, Margaret “Molly” Semple Cracraft (Todd) of Camden; brothers, William Ogilvie “Billy” Semple (Judy) of Ridgeway and Paul Ogilvie “Mac” Semple Jr. (Lisa) of Camden.

Besides her parents, Anna was predeceased by her sister, Jane Starke Semple.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, is in charge of the arrangements.
