Born in Lee County, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Lillie Branham. In 1938, Mrs. Robinson began working at Broad Street Lunch, which she purchased in 1958, and operated until her retirement in 2006. She was a member of Wateree Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir. Mrs. Robinson loved meeting people and decorating her yard for all seasons, and was an avid Gamecock fan. Most important to her was the time she spent with her family. She trusted the word of her God, and she will be welcomed with open arms into his Kingdom.
Mrs. Robinson is survived by her son, Bobby Robinson and his wife Lynette of Lexington; daughter, Vickie Williams and her husband Rick, of Camden; a special thank you to her grandson, Casey Robinson, and seven other grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren; sister, Pauline Martin of Britain’s Neck, and brother, Donnie Branham and his wife Barbara of Lugoff. She was predeceased by her sister, Katy Marie Case, brothers, Bob Branham and Phillip Branham and her brother in law, Hoyt Martin.
The Robinson family suggests that those wishing, may make memorials to Wateree Baptist Church, 2024 Haile Street, Camden, SC 29020.
