Annette B. Timmons departed this life on Sunday, May 17, 2020, in the MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center, Clinton, Md. Born July 16, 1948 in Camden, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Eddie Brevard Sr. and the late Bessie Williams Brevard.
