Master Basim Gilchrist, 3, of Cassatt, entered into eternal rest on Monday, Febraury 17, 2014. Born in Columbia, South Carolina, he was the son of Bruce and Vanessa Alston Gilchrist. A Celebration of Life and Homegoing service will be held Saturday, February 22, at 2 p.m. at Brown’s Funeral Home Chapel of Rememberance, with burial in Cedars Cemetery, Camden. Brown’s Funeral Home, Camden is serving the Gilchrist family.
