Dawn M. Wicker passed away peacefully at home on September 5, 2013. Dawn was born and raised in Michigan and graduated from Eastern High school in 1959. She was a nurturer who enjoyed the time she spent with students in Lansing School District for 25 years, however, her true calling was raising her family. Dawn was born November 4, 1941 to the late Deane J. Battley and Leona Battley and was the cherished wife of Lawrence D. Wicker for over 54 years. She will forever be loved and remembered by her children, Michael (Denise), Kenneth (Michele) and Diane (Tod) Augsburger.

Her beloved brother, Deane (Marsha) and sister, Suzie (Mike), will hold Dawn in their hearts until they meet again. Dawn’s family appreciates all of the love and support they received and would like to extend a special thank you to Agape Hospice of Lugoff, SC.

A private memorial service will be held on September 14, 2013, at 11:00 AM in St.Timothy’s Lutheran Church, 1301 Mill Street, Camden, SC.
