Mrs. Deborah Tucker “Carrie Ann” Osborne, 51, of 539 Smyrna Road, Elgin died Saturday. Family and friends may call at the residence. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced at a later date by Brown’s Funeral Home, Camden, who is serving the Osborne family.
