Funeral service for Eleanor Stover Frazier, 65, of Columbia, Maryland, formerly of Camden, S.C., will he be held Saturday July 14, 2012, 11 a.m. at St. John Baptist Church, 3238 John G. Richards Road in Camden with burial in the church cemetery. Collins Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Eleanor peacefully departed this life at Howard County General Hospital in Columbia, Maryland, on Thursday, July 5, 2012. She was a loving mother of Charles E. Frazier and Michael A. Frazier both of Douglasville, Ga; devoted sister of Frank (Yvonne) Stover of Landover, M.D.; Wayman (Mary) Stover of Columbia, S.C.; Rufus (Mary Othello) Stover, Jr., of Columbia, S.C.; Ruby Stover (Richard) Thompson of Camden, S.C.; Nathaniel (Marie) Stover, Jr. of Humble, TX and Melziner Stover (Bill) Culbreath of Smyrna, Ga. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law, Ida Stover of Capital Heights, MD and Easter Stover of Charlotte, N.C.; four aunts, Louise Neal, Vernice Duren Belton, Alberta Drakeford and Allie Harris all of Camden, S.C.; one uncle, Roosevelt Stover of Camden, S.C.; twelve nieces and nephews; thirteen great nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives, friends and a former husband, Charles E. Frazier, Sr. Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents, Nathaniel and Maggie Stover of Camden, S.C.; two brothers, Heyward Stover of Charlotte, N.C. and Olin Stover of Capital Heights, MD.
