Freda Ann Bailey Frost, of Camden, died Tuesday, November 16, 2010. Born in Chattanooga, TN., she was reared in Georgia and was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Black and the late James Coleman Bailey. She was retired from DuPont after 25 years of service and she dedicated her life to the service of others. She was loved by her many friends and family. Mrs. Frost was predeceased by her husband David Allen Frost.

Surviving are her children, Linda R Jackson (B.J.) of Fort Worth, TX. Barbara F. Copeland (Ronald) of Lugoff, Michael Thomas Frost (Cheri) of Kershaw, Mary Elizabeth "Lisa" Long (Nicky) of Camden; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; sisters, Phyllis Black Hawkins (Frank) and June Bailey Gillis.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 18, 2010 at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with burial to follow in Mt. Olivet Baptist Church Cemetery. Dr. Gene Rollins will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 16, from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel. Memorials may be made in Mrs. Frost’s memory to Walter M. Crowe Animal Shelter, 460 S. Fair Street, Camden, SC 29020.
