Graveside funeral services for Harvey Wade Hall, 85, of Camden, were held Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Rev. Phillip McCoy officiated. Mr. Hall died Sunday, June 12, 2011, the widower of the late Mildred Keith Hall. Born in the Sandy Grove Community, he was the son of the late Wade Hall and Ella Croft Hall Marsh. Mr. Hall was a graduate of Midway High School and a former deacon of Rowan Presbyterian Church. He co-founded and was a former co-owner of Hall TV. Mr. Hall was a US Navy WWII Veteran who served in the Pacific Theatre on the USS Mississippi as a radioman.
Mr. Hall is survived by daughters, Brenda Eddings, of Camden, and Dianne Burnham, of Woodstock, GA; two half-sisters, Willene Marsh Smith (Gordon), and Joyce Marsh Perkins (Roy), both of Bishopville; a half-brother, Lawrence W. Marsh (Ollene), of Bishopville; grandchildren, Creighton Eddings (Lee), Angelia "Angie" Cox Ogburn, and Kimberly Ibarra; great-grandchildren, Izabella and Liam Ogburn, Noe, Taylor and Isaias Ibarra, and Ethan Eddings.
