James E. Blanding, 76, of Green Hill Road, Lugoff, SC, died Friday, November 19, 2010.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at Green Hill Baptist Church, Lugoff, SC. Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
